The jigsaw puzzles we produce are like no other short run puzzles on the market. Typically short run puzzles are printed using a roll feed inkjet printer and this means they can only print on a uncoated stock, which results in flat print. This doesn’t really represent your photography as it should be.
Through my contacts in print I managed to secure an agreement to produce the A2 sheets needed for the puzzles themselves. There are only 2 of these machines in the country. It prints on a silk stock and goes through a sealing process after printing. The resulting print from this is amazing and has the feel to it that people want from a puzzle. These sheets are then bonded to a 1.5mm luxury blue puzzle board
